Completed reservation forms, should be emailed directly to Delmor Kirkcaldy They will be dealt with in a strict time received order. Given the very strong interest in this wonderful development, we are keen to ensure that the reservation process is fair. The method we have adopted is designed to be fair to everyone who is interested in the site.

Clients will be contacted as soon as possible following receipt of the completed reservation forms. Please note that the reservation form does not support digital signing so please ensure that you leave the signature section blank when completing the form. Arrangements will be made to provide a signed copy when Delmor call you to advise that your reservation has been accepted. You will also be provided with account details to enable the initial deposit reservation payment to be sent via bank transfer.
